A family business dedicated to the production of Salchichon, chorizo, Morcillas, Cañas de Lomo, Iberian Hams and Iberian Shoulders.
We continue with the tradition we have inherited from our Fathers: “to take care of the final result from the beginning and without intermediaries”. For this we have our own farm within the geopark where we raise Acorn-fed Iberian Pigs, Iberian Cebo Campo Pigs and Lambs.
This allows us to be present in all processes from the moment our pigs and lambs are born until they reach their homes for consumption.
