Since 1987 it has been trying to make the traditional cheeses adapted to the sanitary regulations in force. It collects milk from local farmers. It continues to manufacture as always, using raw goat’s milk and from the beginning has been committed to the Ibores Cheese Designation of Origin, where its products are included.
Goat cheese has a special seal, the result of decades of experience in the production process. Among its proposals we find multiple ways to enjoy this delicacy of the land.
